Kanikani-ika - Caught You Staring (Patreon)

A man was arrested in the North Island of Aorlandia. The man was arrested after breaking into the national Paleontology and Wildlife Resurrection facility and sanctuary, in order to encounter the Giant Sabertooth Otter that they have housed there. The man managed to not only break in, but capture an image of the Otter named Kanikani-ika before being detained. Later interviews with the scientists state that Kanikani-ika was not bothered by the intrusion, in fact she even posed for the man to get a good shot. Kani has refused to take an interviews at the time and has simply disappeared back into the sanctuary. Considering the sanctuary is usually open to the public, the staff and authorities were confused at why the man decided to break in in the first place.
