Still trying to come up with a backstory to this boy. So far all we know is that he's an incorporeal being, like a ghost or a shade that can materialize at will and alter his body. (Basically I can draw him with any size dick I want.) If anyone has any backstory ideas for Ebi, I'd love to hear it out.
