I happened to watch a Gotham episode and thought what if Gordon was transformed into a loyal soldier like Bane, or another Bane. A story that a protagonist investigated a factory or lab manufacturing such loyal and cruel soldiers after finding his friend or colleagues transformed and ended up being one would be awesome. A Muscle Factory sequel, super soldier, or another jock transformation narrative would fit well.

I'm a fan of giant/macro + muscle growth. While I'm not drawn to anthro transformations, I think animals, plants or even inanimate natural objects turning into massively muscled humans could be interesting.
