Here's a good way to look at the process of production for GymJunkie Muscle Media:

I've posted along these lines before, but maybe this is more concise.

For every comic frame you see it takes upwards of 2 hours to render. Add time in there for me to pose and light each scene - so 3 hours.

For ever second of animation I make it takes 30 FRAMES.

So for 3 min of animation one is looking at 5400 frames rendered.

Not including editing time.

Comics get to the horny point wayfaster.  And sometimes animation is more fun ...

As a creator its a hard balance for sure.

You do you, but I'll be honest - I prefer comics by a wide margin!

strictly speaking from a production standpoint - I am going to be leaning into comics for a bit this summer.

Would you possibly consider an appendix to all of your hard work. So, you continue creating highest quality. But, produce a side storyboard of the lower resolution/raster but provides a before and after event staging of the final works. Just a thought.

That’s why I’m working on currently. It’s not available in the phone app - which sucks - but, I’m tagging all the different groups of work. They will be available under the tag designation at the top of the page on the browser 😊
