WIP's and Sketches for the Week. (Patreon)

Morning everyone! I'm currently working on the next Chunky Skunk page. Barring any unforeseen hang ups, it should be going up for y'all sometime this afternoon. 

I have a few things in the works for later in the week. A couple of OC things and some more Karabita nonsense of course. So here's a look at the stuff I'm currently working on.

New cat boy OC! One of my friends has got me inspired to make a new animal boy so I've been fiddling with the idea of a cat boy. He doesn't exist within Vincent's universe so he lives in a world with regular humans and hides his cat-ness. I haven't worked out much about him yet, but I tried a couple sketches.

I don't think I'll stick with this design for him as I think he came out a little too 1980's Corey Feldman as a cat looking... hahaha. I was trying to put a little Ryoga and James from Team Rocket in him but I need to try something else I think. Pretty pleased with his body so far though. I was trying to think of some cat tropes for him... like he's probably pretty lazy and sleeps a lot. Loves belly rubs of course, anyway... he's a work in progress. I welcome questions and ideas for him that might help me flush out his character a little more.

Carter & Cooper Kings. One of my followers wrote a really neat story using my twins as "kings" of the seasons. I've been playing around trying to come up with some king designs for them, haven't gotten too far with it yet but hopefully these will be cute to go with the story. You can read it here. 

Karabita sketches. Did a few this week, I've got Karabita fever! 

In this one I had a thought (based on my headcanon that Karamatsu is a heavy sleeper) that Chibita only really tells Kara how he feels when he's asleep because he knows he won't hear or remember it. I have yet to decide what Chibi is saying, so whenever I figure that out I'll finish it up.

I was talking to someone about my Karabita AU and what I think their relationship is like in the future, assuming they get married. I think Kara is his usual confident self most of the time, but still has bouts of crying due to constantly being put down in his past. So Chibita might come home from work and immediately get glomped on by his weeping house husband and have to reassure him that yes, he still loves him and no they're not getting divorced. Need to work out the dialogue for this one too.

Lastly, I was inspired to sketch this last night after seeing the new movie trailer and Karamatsu's choice booty. I'm so excited for the movie, ah!
