A few ideas:  A feeder/feedee couple sequence showing the increasingly creative ways the feeder has to come up with in order to feed their feedee as they gradually become bigger, rounder and tighter.

As usual, I always jump at the chance to draw a pairing of the Overlord and Beryl in these situations. Here we have an unspecified period of time where Beryl wants to get fattened up as a gift to him but gets carried away by her lust and gluttony like usual, leading to some very sexy scenarios~
