Maybe a scene at the end of a week-long food court binge, where a girl has been stuffed to the point of being spherical, and one nibble away from bursting. Despite the fact that she's about to blow, she's desperately reaching for the rest of her meal, which is *just* out of reach. The other patrons are all giving each-other nervous glances, unsure if they should call an ambulance, pretend they haven't noticed the enormous turgid ball of fat, or maybe help her reach her goal...

When it's a non specific girl in the request, sometimes I can't help but make it Beryl... There's a few variations too because I didn't know how I wanted to do her arms for this one and wanted to try out both types you see here. But also there's non messy ones and ones without the crowd.
