Excellent question! Added to the attachments are some old pics, but they're here for quick reference with the info I'm about to give!

At Meaty's Burger Child, customers who are reoccurring guests to the establishment are called "Mothers" usually. Whole all who eat at Meaty's are technically mothers, there are some which become creatures known as "Salivating Greeters".

Salivating Greeters are Humanoids with proboscis like tongues which they use to lap up the grease. They are the mobile members of the congregation and do not consume the growing children, only the grease which fertilizes them. They speak with a strange cadence and make little sense. They often use brainwashed humans and masks to aid in luring in more humans.

The Greeters. Seen in the Meaty's and Meaty pics with Katrina, are the most common of the Meaty's burger child staff and will pass for humans, until they can draw in more humans to aid them in doing their job, who will partake in the grease (Known to them as Ambrosia) and will slowly become greeters themselves.

Those who do not work at the establishment (And human workers who do work there, as not all of them become creatures) will become "Mothers".

A Mother is a terrestrial being fed the grease and beef of the Fleshmother. Mothers can be male or female, they must only consume the beef and grease.

The grease works similarly to sperm with the beef working like eggs, or overall it's sort of like water with sea monkeys as it triggers them to become fully activated.

Not all of the beef is a separate creature, though many exist and pulsate within their massive bodies. It is believed that the Fleshmother cannot spread her will without proper hosts.

The flavors of the grease and beef as well as the other various liquids that aid in extending their time as mothers are addicting and cause them to want to return for more, and their consumption becomes extraordinary as their bodies grow fat to feed the children when they emerge.

Eventually they will bloat into orbs of flesh that pulse and jiggle. The strange greases will take a toll on the body and eventually they will burst and free the progeny.

Here we have the girl from the last pic looking a bit more.... worse for the ware. She's reached a point where her arms and legs have been completely engulfed by fat, and grease. There are millions of little Fleshworms within her body, squirming and ravenous, feeding on the fat deposits within her body as they themselves glut and expand, also consuming one another. When they reach this point they are ready to be born, and the mothers are simply a few meals away from birthing them...

If you look down in the bottom right corner you can see a solo Fleshworm, must have escaped from the last mother to give birth...
