August Rewards 6 Katrina Overfed (Patreon)

This sketch comes from either one of the Katrina weeks or the Fund Raiser, I'm not sure which one, I just know it was one of them, and I ended up never using it. Katrina is reaching for help that will never come as her belly begins to expand from taking one bite too many. 

Actually thinking back on it... I think this came from the Great Pyramid of Piza in the SWotFW challenges...
