As it sayis on the title, i didn't create her, Kareido (涸れ井戸) did.

Her name is:  冴島いろは（Saejima Iroha） or just Iroha-chan!

You can hear her voice in the attached file!

Ryo will be her seiyuu (Rio is the one who do all the voices for the animations until now)
