Poll 30 Results, Poll 31 and This Week (Patreon)

Ok, WW2 Infantry Firepower it is! Part of me still wants to do the Italians, another part of me isn't sure how a comically sized 20 man squad fit the format. But there are plenty of other options- Panzergrenadiers, Late War German Sturm squads, British and US Airborne etc etc. Come to think of it, there might be some more modern Italian squad organisations in CMFI that would be worth exploring. I'll take a look.

Outside the Short scene, this week's Basics video is good to go and I've managed to throw together the next video in the Editor series, making a very simple AI plan. So that's next week sorted too, opening my schedule up a bit.

I tackled the 3rd mission of Fight Club's Baltic Shield campaign last night and seeing as though it was basically a short-sweet interdiction mission, it's going to make sense to roll it into Mission 4. Which... looks like a bit of a monster mission expanding the Narva map to cover the areas of both Missions 1 and 2, plus the far bank. That's going to be a slog (not least because its a big map with lots of buildings and significant forces that CMPro autosaves every turn), but once it's done it's done.

That's going to be the main effort for this week then, but I haven't forgotten about Semper Fi Syria. In the next mission, I've got a choice between two objectives that will take our Marines through the mountains or through a gap straight towards Homs and I figured I'd ask you guys and the YT members which one to go for. So expect another poll sometime this week with more details and an opportunity to make the next section of the campaign miserable :P

That leaves this week's poll. We're back to the Modern and because Arty/Cas won out last time, that's out of rotation and we're looking at Armour Penetration and Infantry Firepower.
