Please note that even after the poll begins, if you're on the $3 tier and haven't put in a name yet, you can still do so by commenting HERE, though since it's late the probability that it gets more votes will be lower.

Top 3 names will be drawn in a stream, Top vote getter will be available for everybody, the other 2 will stay $3 tier only.
