lol I mean they couldn't have recorded it at the Super Bowl because they wouldn't have known the outcome of the game to match with the storyline. Mac was actually at the game as a fan, though. You see him at the end in the compilation.

these episodes have their funny moments but it's so mediocre compared to season 1 through 12. the writing and the chemistry between the actors just feels so forced. earlier seasons their interactions felt unscripted and real. here it's like i can see them reading their lines. especially mac and the waitress, their characters have become pretty annoying

plus it is prohibitively expensive to get clearance to film a tv show at the super bowl, and logistically challenging to say the least to have all shots done in one take, that are required to be one take for alignment
