I don't think Kaitlyn actually took that big fall at the end. That's definitely a stunt person. It would be irresponsible of the show to intentionally put her in that much danger. BTW, I personally love creampies, but my girlfriend hates them. Every time I give her one, she gets really upset.

Correct. Essentially when we see her through the window and she falls, they really are pulling the ladder out from under her and she is falling on to a pad. When they cut to the shot from the factory floor, it's a stunt double doing the tumbling/rolling.
