... ... uh... so like, here's my problem. I just... uh... I love you. Not in a way that complicates things. I'm some gay (bloke) in Nova Scotia that really likes the Good Place and thinks your laugh might literally be prescription endorphins... but I have a problem. See, I watch you laugh, and your reactions Paul and I constantly want to hug you. Like Andrew whatshisname from Love, Actually and the waking dead, as in I expect no expectations or agenda... I just like love you and I know this like Jason knows how good food is and how chidi cannot make a decision. If things are tough for you, know this. I can only speak for myself, but I have a feeling others would agreed. You spark JOY and calm in the lives you interact with. I honestly expect nothing from this but in that I will say. I love you. You always bring joy to my life. I'm so glad you're here.

You are right Paul, life is 50% shit, 50% good and when you're traversing through the shit Shawshank Redemption style you have to remember that the 50% good it what makes life work living. You'll get there bud. Like Andy Dufrane if you feel like you are swimming through a tunnel of shit you can make it out to the other side. Just remember that you give us our little moments of good and those get us through our bad days. I hope you get the same feeling making them. :-)
