hell yeah! Dr. Horrible! this is one of my favorite musical things ever! and while I do agree: fuck Joss Whedon, I think we can all agree that he knows how to tell a good story. I remember when it first dropped, I watched it over and over and listened to the soundtrack like every day. it's funny and brilliant and tragic and everything in between. btw, the girl's name was Penny played by the amazing Felicia Day, who I've met before and she was so super sweet! as I see it, this is the perfect villain story and shows exactly what you said in your reaction: sometimes bad people are just really fucking sad. all it took for Billy to turn full villain was for him to lose his Penny in such a tragic way. besides, he was so focused on getting everything he wanted that he ended up losing the one person he ever really cared about. anyway, thanks so much for the reaction, Paul. it really made my day! ❤️
