I forgot about this episode! Dear Diary, As a trans woman, my first leg waxing experience was my last. For what it's worth, getting misgendered even back then was fairly rare. So, I go in for my scheduled appointment and have a wonderful experience; being super smooth is super amazing (Just ask Randy)! After pleasant chit-chat during and after the waxing process, I get ready to pay with my card and it was under my birth name. She then explained that due to store policy they require ID to match the name on the card. Ok, np, here you go. Lol my ID picture looked exactly like me but had my birth name on it as well (because filing name change stuff is $$). She then started calling me Sir and charged me $10 extra because I'm a man. Lol technically she attempted to have me pay, but instead I promptly walked out and immediately learned what air felt like #gratis #fuckaroundandfindout

Ah yes I started shaving around Tina's age and didn't know what I was doing which resulted in cuts. Yes as a woman I think we do get judge more if we are hairy. When I was in school guys would make fun of me for having hairy arms.
