They don't so much change the name as just get rid of it. It's kind of a shame too though because they had the 2 different spy agencies named after different gods with their acronyms Isis of course being an Egyptian goddess and Odin being a Norse god. Also season 2 is when Pam really starts to come into her own.

Oh also the chances of that alternative cut of Fan4stic is slim to impossible now that 21st Century Fox is owned by Disney. Though the fact we do now have an MCU version of Fantastic Four coming makes up for that. I mean there are rumors Dr. Doom could be the next big bad. Plus now with Disney having those characters we could eventually get Galactus done right, as a major villain.
