Apparently all the Scientology stuff is accurate, except that they wouldn’t actually reveal the stuff like E-Meters and Thetans until you had already sunk years and thousands of dollars into the church.

Leah Remini, the wife on King of Queens, was acrually raised in Scientology but is now one it's biggest opponents and from what I've gatheted a lot of that stems from the whole Xenu thing whuch was super hidden till this episode of South Park. This is also the episode that led to Chef's voice actor leaving the show.

Actually Chef’s voice actor was in a coma from medical issues and Scientology quit the show for him. Trey and Matt didn’t realize it at the time, of course, and responded the way South Park responds.
