The last time we went to NYC they told us we would never work in this town again. They said E1 might play in the sticks but it's not sophisticated enough for a New York audience. Hopefully they aren't still mad at us because we're going back there on June 5 for this live stream festival thing, put together by Chapo's Chris Wade and Wolf Parade's Dan Boeckner, along with the people who do the Pickathon festival.

At the top of the bill you've got a lot of E1 adjacent Friends Of The Show like Chapo Trap House, Every Time I Die, and Zola Jesus. Then at the bottom, doing the opposite of headlining, there's us. So everyone needs to buy tickets to watch this stream, because Chris and Dan spent a bunch of time setting up a wholly independent festival, and if everyone buys tickets we can keep doing this kind of thing in the future.
