Info about android version (Patreon)

Neko Paradise got ported now, and is available in the same locations as the PC and Mac release.
The porter is doing it differently than before, making it easier to manage patches and dlcs. But it might be a bit weird for people that has never done it this way before.
There are instructions if needed of course.
The android version wasn't fully tested, even if we are confident, we appreciate it if bugs get reported.
