It's Friday, which means here is Page 4 of The In-Between!

Walter is now in a telephone meeting with his close friend, Harold, an experimental researcher, and the news does not look good.  Walter is desperate to find a way to prolong his life, both due to stresses related to an obligation to his work (which is doubly stressful given the lackadaisical attitude of his grandson William).

Harold gives Walter a possible option, and despite its potentially tenuous outcome, this does not faze Walter into scheduling an upcoming procedure in Harold's state-of-the-art scientific lab in 1 week...
