Hi everyone! I’m going to answer some of my most asked questions in this post regarding hypno, how it works, and how to make it work for you. Feel free to leave a comment on this post if you have any further questions or would like clarification!


How do I go into trance?

Going into trance isn’t easy for most. Although meditation and hypnosis are different being able to go into trance is almost like being able to go into a successful meditative state - it takes time and repeated “practice.” Also consider your physical conditions and mental state. Are your surroundings quiet and peaceful? Do you feel safe? There is no real formula for being able to go into trance. What I would suggest is maybe start with my subliminal or supraliminal audios. They don’t require you to go into trance but you may find yourself “spacing out” while listening. Also - don’t overthink it. Trance isn’t always like what you see portrayed in media and doesn’t have to feel like a dramatic, paralyzing state of mind and body. Overtime you will find what trance is for you and what type of audios work best for you.


How do I make the effects of the audios permanent?

This is pretty simple - by listening to them on a consistent basis. Think of it like going to the gym. If you are trying to reach a fitness goal, you go to the gym on a consistent basis for an extended period of time. If you are trying to reach a psychological/mental goal with hypnosis, you need to listen to it regularly for an extended period of time. Keep in mind that if by “permanent” you mean for the rest of your life, you will need to listen to hypnosis for the rest of your life.


How do I make hypnosis work faster?

Going back to my gym analogy - if you want to lose weight faster you will need to go the gym more and do more intense workouts. If you want the effects of a hypnosis audio to work faster, you need to listen more. Coming from my own experience, I go through phases where I listen to hypnosis for hours and days at a time and I always feel the effects quickly when I do this but as soon as I stop listening to audios at that rate, the effects slowly wear off.

What hypnosis types do you listen to, Stella?

I used to only listen to supraliminal. I found traditional hypno audios to be too distracting. If I heard a slight accent in their voice I would wonder where they were from, then wonder what the weather was like where they were and my thoughts would just keep snowballing from there lol. But now that I’ve been listening to hypno for a while I’ve been able to better concentrate during traditional audios and actually prefer them now. But I still am very picky about voices for some reason.
