update: i fixed the issue i had with this lol

this was just gonna be a sketch but a the space between her hair and neck was bugging me so i went to erase that small negative space. then i started adding some basic shadows , and then highlights and i was like this is a nice monochrome study and then i was like how would this look if i just added some flat colors under this shading, next thing you now i have this final piece. It was a good study to figure out how to go from black & white or color monochromes and just adding color to it, cause its normally not the way i do my colors, plus theres lots of adjustments and extra layers i end up adding just to get it where i want but it was a fun study overall.
