Bit of a quieter episode, at least in terms of "fate of the human race" action and space battles. Sooner or later they needed to address how the fleet was being governed beyond just Roslin and Adama. Having both Zarek and Baltar gain so much power so quickly certainly adds a lot of political intrigue to the show. BTW Roslin's friend who's actor you were trying to place, he played Col. Samuels in SG1 S1. Maybourne's predecessor. Also nice to see some more playful moments between Lee and Kara. Everyone needs to unwind sometimes, and they do make a great team. I still to this day can't quite figure out if Baltar's "Head Six" is still connected to the rest of the cylons or not. I just find it interesting that we saw the Six on Caprica seeming rather hurt/jealous that Helo had fallen for Sharon(presumably wishing Baltar had the same feeling for her), while at the same time Head Six is rather obsessed with having his heart. It was inevitable that Helo would figure out Sharon was a cylon. She had to know there was another one on Galactica that would tip her off, after all she was tasked with impersonating Boomer. That does point to her being a genuine defector, and actually caring about Helo. Whether she can convince him of that is another question.
