This episode really helps explain a lot of Wesley's klutziness and lack of confidence early on in Buffy and Angel. It's no easy thing to grow up in someone's shadow like that, and it's telling that as soon as his father(or who he thought was) showed up that he started to revert to his old self. Says a lot that he didn't hesitate to unload on what he thought was his father when Fred was threatened though. Also I love how Spike is like a mischievous cat going around annoying everyone.
