I was planning on going ti sleep but then this came out

Ragnarok

Um….I’m…not sure you ever realized, but…Ronon wasn’t faking it…he really fell to the Wraith. It was Tyre who cut off the leader’s hand, and Ronon was fighting him because he was Tyre was turning against the Wraith, who Ronon was protecting. Like when Apophis used his brainwashing tech to bring Teal’c back into his service in…season 4, I think it was. And that really changes the perspectives on things. Instead of hatred, disgust, revulsion for the people who worship the Wraith, instead of viewing Ara, Rakai, and Tyre as traitors too weak to honor the memory of Sateda, and the two twins in the episode we learn there are Wraith worshippers, when one of them was put in John’s cell…they’re not to be hated, but mourned and pitied. if Ronon, motherfucking RONON, would be turned, there’s no possibility anyone could ever resist them. It’s not a question of having the strength, willpower, or loyalty to resist. It can’t be done. And that’s a big change in perspective.

It may have very well been raining, but part of Ronan's hair looking different was this was the year Jason Mamoa cut his hair. he came in for the season with the change & they made a simple wig that wasn't meant to hold up or last long for the season premiere just so it matched up in continuity to the season 4 finale & in either episode 2 or 3 he'd use his real hair & just throw in a line about him getting a haircut the network freaked out saying it was his trade mark & he couldn't lose it. The production team then had to make a high quality wig that would stand up to scrutiny. This high quality wig weighed just as much as Jason's old dreads so it completely defeated the purpose for him cutting his hair in the first place

Maan, why would you make the sound in all Harry Potters that quiet? It seemed like some joke. 100% everywhere, 150% in VLC player and I was barely hearing what they say. However in Stargate, your volume is at least 9012374210493 times louder.

Like Ragnarok said, I think maybe the fact that Ronon had actually been turned went over your head, and Tyre had indeed been broken free of the wraith's hold. I guess with the fast paced action it can be tough to see that it was him that cut the wraith's hand off. At least this gave Trye some redemption taking out that lab. And good to see Teyla make a decision about rejoining the team. It would be weird to have her as a main character and she's basically just hanging around doing mom stuff while the team goes offworld. Also Sheppard was extra witty this episode. Both telling Rodney he's not taking a bath with him and saying the wraith should kneel to him made me chuckle.

Is it just me or does anybody else wish that Woolsey would say "Please state the nature of the medical emergency"
