Love the new setup! Looks great. There were some really nice performances in this one. I hate Agravane so much, but I do love his hair ahaha

Agravaine the Aggravating. I think we all had that thought bouncing around. I feel like the show is starting to fall back on it's old habits a bit, maintaining status quos despite massive evidence. As long as Agravaine is dealt with by season's end I'm good. At least Merlin picked up some new allies out in the world, and who wouldn't want Scottish Sorcerer Jeff Bezos on their side? Speaking of which, it was bugging me who that actor was and I remembered he was McGloin in Gangs of New York.

I feel like s4 is both Arthur and Merlin learning how to be kings. Arthur learning how difficult it is to trust but that the choices he makes can break people too- I think he is understanding why his father became who he was and realising he cannot just rely on doing as he did. Merlin now is getting allies, he's having to act as a dragon lord, as Emrys. They're both feeling the weight and pressure of building that future now Uther is gone but still relying on some old patterns and not yet confident in that power I think. Also I just love Gwaine- he's here for Merlin first, Arthur is a pleasant side effect. (The colour grading looked really good btw.)
