You can’t have a season finale on Farscape without Scorpy!

I remember when this first aired I was 13years old. Ben Bowder gives a tour-de-force in a performance this episode. Its episodes like this that make Farscape my third favorite show of all time. just wait the show gets darker and has many more heart twisting moments. enjoy the rest of the show. i know i did!

What an insane finale. Really getting into parts of the show I never saw at this point. For me this is the "uncharted territories" of the show. But seriously, Aeryn's death just comes out of nowhere. That would be up there with Daniel Jackson if it didn't happen so quick as opposed to torturing you with the inevitability of it for a whole episode. But I agree, this is an INSANE cliffhanger. I still think they've got to take a lot of this back. It kind of seems Stark is being set up to join the cast, so maybe Aeryn is actually gone, but I don't buy Rygel and D'Argo and Chiana are all leaving. They're not going to just ditch half the cast like that. Also John just had a freakin apple corer taken to his brain and the only person who could unfrell his head is dead(hey, that rhymes). It's not looking good. Also gotta say, that alien doctor was a great character design. The mannerisms are frelling adorable(especially that sneeze, lol).

One thing you might have missed just cause so much was going on, the doner the doctor found is called an Interion, was named in this episode. He said it's a biological match, or well, close enough match as a doner for John, closer than any of the over 5,000 species he had there. Out this far in the uncharted territories, and this is the first sign that something might be compatible with humans. He said they have 3 specimens. The doctor said "probably a species off shoot from the same stock" were his direct words. Just something to think about, pretty significant info IMO.

Also an interesting note about this episode. Apparently David Kemper had the last shot of this episode in mind since the middle of the season, and they worked backwards to line up the story to reach that point.
