My boi gifting us a double episode night and setting up for 407! Oh yeah! Love your reactions.

Sam Esmail flexing hard in s4 (you can tell he learned a lot from directing Homecoming).. Also it's a crime Elliot Villar didn't get nominated for some of his work this season.

I'm feeling like they actually offed Tyrell. I mean I guess I could be wrong and he comes back in the final act, but my gut is telling me he's gone, which begs the question "why would writers waste Wellick with winter wonderland wandering?". Also somehow I didn't really pick up on the lack of dialogue in ep 5, but I did notice how the music was matched to scenes so precisely in that one. Every time the pace changes so does the music. Like when he gets on the ice and Ave Maria starts, then as soon as he hops the edge it goes back to frantic chase music. And goddamn, I just can't deal with Vera. The guy is just too much. If I ever have kids I gotta tell them the story of "Bully & the Lil' Bitch". Such a wholesome Christmas tale. Oh and the spoon was serrated because it's a grapefruit spoon. The tension on Darlene's end was through the roof. Granted Darlene has probably bought herself some time by wiping the phone, but I feel like Dom's family are goners. Feeling bad for Dom, she needs a win badly. Regarding Olivia, I was disappointed that after Elliot got what he wanted that he didn't reveal that he'd been bluffing. I mean he'd still be a shitty person, but at least blackmailing her with a lie wouldn't have been quite as horrible as getting a former addict hooked on drugs again. That was rough.

Also I first picked up on it in 404, but all the episode names so far this season are HTTP status codes. 404 is just the only one I knew of.

2021-09-04 18:19:19 Ep 5: This episode is yet another masterpiece, great reaction too! Just the sheer scale of the episode whilst not having any dialogue, starting with Darlene saying "we don't have to talk" and ending with Vera exclaiming "now we can talk". I put this episode up with 3x5, the one shot episode. Ep 6: An all round tense and depressing episode, adding some closure to some plots and building up to others. At the beginning, that spoon with spikes in is a "spork" a mixture between a spoon and a fork. Great reaction, can't wait to see what you think of the next one:)

That's really cool they bookended it like that. Honestly I was so caught up in the intensity I didn't even notice.
