Man imagine if you watched the remastered and the scene with angel and buffy in the bedroom and its daytime because they didnt put on the night filter how jarring that would have been when they revealed angel was a vampire lol. I dunno if they were just being lazy or thought it would be ever more of a misdirect but man would be nice to get a proper remaster. We can still make it 4:3 but make it look good &amp; sound good

What, we did not know that Angel is a vampire? I kind of forgot that you do not have all the knowledge from the buffyverse :). But I wonder why I did not love the episodes back then when I watched it for the first time. Because I really liked most of the episodes so far.

Just so you know, season 1 by far is the weakest. It was a mid season replacement with a limited budget and limited time to film. Once Season 2 kicks off, the show REALLY starts to hit its' stride. And season 1 is still good, but damn this show. My favorite back in the day and still in my top 3 now.

Just FYI I signed up for patreon JUST so I could see more of these and appreciate the full episodes. I love this show and really enjoy rewatching it over and over. I will say though I usually skip season one. Compared to the other seasons this is the weak one. Joss Wheden seems to have that as a thing b/c he goes slowly at the start to get you into the chars before getting into the story line he adds. Of course Firefly didn't have that issue, Fox just sucks. Anyway can't wait to see more!!
