Hisahito isn't really a ninja, he belongs to a blacksmith family and loves to work with weapons, he is very kind and soft despite all the heavy work he does he gets really worried about his loved ones and has a thing for fixing stuff
Kenzo is a retired ninja that stopped working as a teacher and gave up on being a ninja after realizing the corruption within konoha and spent the rest of his life getting drunk and binge eating until he was invited by one of his ex-students to move to Shibogakure where he felt alive again after so many years, he fell in love with the culture and decide to fully embrace his lazy lifestyle now he is unapologetically fat and has zero to none manners but in his new hometown that's well recived
