My latest post digs into the content from Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes, starting at the beginning with the Blood War. If there's a place for everything in Eberron, where would I put the Blood War? As it turns out, I WOULDN'T put it in Shavarath... and I'll tell you why.

Next week I'll be posting a new poll to determine the reader's choice topic... but I'm also planning to continue to explore MToF with my thoughts on the Raven Queen!

Shavarath and the Blood War

An icy storm swirls around the Fortress of Frozen Tears. The bitter winds are mirrored by the flurry of activity on the ground. Overseers crack blazing whips, driving the hordes of lemures as they haul siege towers carved from glacial ice. Gelugons perform gruesome sacrifices, harnessing power for the horrific war magics they will soon unleash.
