The Evil Within is a Fascinating Disappointment | Review & Discussion [SSFF] (Patreon)

November proved to be a very busy but ultimately unproductive month. 

A few weeks back we shot a review / discussion video for both The Evil Within 1 & 2. It was an elaborate shoot for us, with three cameras and two separate microphones. We shot two and a half hours of footage with just under 2 hours of genuine discussion. The plan was to condense the entire thing into a 30 minute video but it proved to be a more difficult task than predicted and we realized I really needed to be two separate videos. 

So we're posting the first part here on patreon and with the second one following in a week or so. However, because this is still one project that we've decided to cut into two pieces after the fact, we'll only be charging our supporters just this once. We'll still get early access for the second part but it'll be on the house!

Still, our plan is to release at least two videos a month, and the other video for November was always meant to be a Punching Weight on the Nintendo 64 mouse. I'm embarrassed to say I just couldn't make this happen. It's all ready to go, it just needs some VO recording and to be edited. And with the way the video is structured, it'll likely be a quick edit. Here's hoping anyway. Expect that in a couple days. 

I'm sorry to be giving you barely one video this month. This December is just before the three year anniversary of our move to Seattle and the proper start of the SSFF rebranding. I'm realizing that it's been a nonstop grind for three straight years now and I'm long over due for a serious vacation. But I also recognize I've been able to keep at that nonstop hustle because of your support and generosity. Grace will have a few months off from school in a few weeks, it will definitely help having another full-time set of hands around here!
