Hey gang! Ankaragucu was messy! Missed pens are never fun. Also We should have laddered PAOK wow that was dope hahah.

1-1-1 today. Girona almost held on but a good draw regardless.

Here's what I'm on tomorrow! 4 plays from me! The Aston Villa plays are from an article I did hence the longer writeup and 2 plays for one game!

12/22 Slate:

Swansea v Preston. BTTS -115. 2:45pm ET. English Championship

Score Prediction. 2-1/1-1 Swansea

*Thoughts*

Swansea is slowly and quietly becoming a golden bet. BTTS is just the only wait to bet this club that loves a good 1-1 draw or a 2-1/ Their last four games have ended to one of those two scorelines. This is just two great scoring teams with two awful defenses. No way I ignore this.

Salernitana v AC Milan. Over 2.5 goals -150 2:45pm ET. Italy Serie A.

Score Prediction. 2-1/3-1/3-0/4-1

*Thoughts*

If you don't like the -150 juice I don't hate BTTS at -110, but I kinda see a possibility of AC Milan just cooking them here. Taking this one as my safe bet for the day. Salernitana is just playing "F it Footy" at this point. So far behind they just attack and it's so much fun, but they are going to get eviscerated by the counter attack of AC Milan. Even if they go down 2-0 early Sal. will keep pushing so give me goals in this one!

Aston Villa v Sheffield United. 3pm ET. EPL.

Score Prediction. 4-0/3-1/4-1 Aston Villa

  • Aston Villa First Half Over 1.5 Team Total +180
  • Aston Villa Over 2.5 Team Total -120

Aston Villa, led by manager Unai Emery, are one of my favorite clubs on the planet to watch and wager on right now. This team has been nearly indestructible this season and are always finding ways to get their share of points -- even if it takes a little red-card magic like it did against Brentford last week. This is also a club that has turned its home stadium of Villa Park into a fortress this season. Sitting third in the table, Villa have Champions League aspirations and won't slow down regardless of their opponents. They should be looking at a match with Sheffield United as an opportunity for an easy (and important) three points.

To say that Sheffield United are struggling this season would be an understatement. The Blades are dead last in the table, with a record of 2-2-13 and only eight points from their opening 17 matches. Not only do they have the worst record in the league, but they also have the fewest goals scored and the most conceded. For the majority of teams this season, Sheffield United have been a punching bag. They will be desperate to pick up some points in the upcoming weeks, but to expect them to grab a point or three off  Aston Villa feels like too much to ask. Especially when you look at each club's recent form and the overwhelming talent Villa possess.

Villa are led by Ollie Watkins, and he is backed by the likes of John McGinn, Moussa Diaby, Douglas Luiz and more. This team has been lethal on attack. Out of the 20 teams in the Premier League, only one has scored more goals than Aston Villa -- Manchester City. Villa have 37 goals over their 17 matches, and I don't see them slowing down anytime soon. This could be an ugly matchup for Sheffield United at Villa Park, and I'm expecting a very lopsided score when the final whistle blows.
