POTD MEANING + Unit Meaning (Patreon)

It just hit me today not everyone knows what unit-based betting is or what a POTD is so wanted to clear things up! 

POTD = Play Of The Day. If you ever see me do a 2u or 3u POTD the first thing you need to know is that is my favorite bet by far of the day and it's not even close. Whether it hits or misses it doesn't matter, if I could only bet on one play on a given day it's going to be the POTD 

1u/2u/3u = A measurement for betting. Units provide people a simple way to signify their value on each bet and help them track things easier! For me. 1u or 1 unit = $25. So when I have 4 1u plays out, I have $25 on four different plays. When something is a "2u POTD" I increase my wager to $50 for that play. This amount is different for everyone but by simplifying it into unit based terms it lets us all stay on the same page regardless if you're a $1 per bet of $1000 per bet kind of person! 

Bit of a sloppy explanation but I hope that helps! Basically if you ever see me give something as a POTD, just know that's my favorite and I always have a bit more money on those!
