8/10 Recap + Bonus Inter Miami play + 8/12 Full Slate
All that digging into weather reports just to see Trabz score 8 minutes in and win 1-0. Not the ideal first day of the "big leagues" but we got a long road ahead of us!
Recap:
Gold plays:
Trabz -150❌
Braga 1h -110✔️
Silver Plays:
Burnley BTTS❌
Almeira DNB ❌
We're at that time of the year where I'm starting to do a lot of content. This isn't a brag but just a reminder to myselrf to remember to add everything on Patreon! I just did a CBS HQ segment where we had an Inter Miami, so I'm making sure to add that!
I gave out Inter Miami over 2.5 TT at +140. I'd treat this as a half unit play. Miami was able to do this against Orlando, Dallas and Atlanta, all who have better defenses than Charlotte tonight. Definitely worth a play here!
I don't have the stomach for Messi ATGS at -250 or Messi 1st goal scorer at +175, so I'll let y'all choose what to do there LOL
Here's what I'm on tomorrow at the moment! With the new season I'm going to rock everything at 1u for a bit, but will still categorize them in gold/silver/bronze so people can know what I'm most confident in! This is my morning slate! 1 play tonight and 4 tomorrow! BOL!
Gold Plays:
PSV v FC Utrecht. Luke De Jong ATGS. ( PSV) 10:30am ET. Netherlands +100
This line isn't going to stay near this line for long. With Xavi Simons having left the squad, the now captain and new best goal scorer on this squad will be feasting this season. I expect him to be a regular for us.
Newcastle United v Aston Villa. BTTS -135. 12:30pm ET. EPL (StoppageTime)
- These are two teams I have finishing in my top 6. The scary thing for sure is that Newcastle last season at home was a defensive fortress, but with Aston picking up Diaby from Leverkusen and still having Watkins. I love both teams to come out swinging in this match. Ian is on Watkins 1+ SOT. It was -140 and if you can still get near that I like it as well!
Silver Plays:
Brighton v Luton. Joao Pedro ATGS +105. 10am Et. EPL
Joao was brought on from Watford specially to be Brightons new number 9. He's also the dude that's been taking penalties in the pre season. While Brighton is a unique team here with so many new players, they're playing Luton, who is going to go into this game overwhelmed. Brighton should get 2 or 3 here, and Joao will be looking to make his mark in the first game.
Huddersfield Town v Leicester City. Over 2.5 goals. -135 10am ET. Championship
- I know they burned us last week, but this is still a team with outrageous quality and team expenses over anyone. Super early in the season and game one was messy, but this is a team that should cover this by themselves most of the season. I wouldn't be shocked if Huddersfield contribute a goal here, but I'm expecting action in this one with LC still needing to show the league why they were such heavy favorites pre season to bounce back up
