**reasoning**

This is a tricky one because the Romanian Liga can be a bit of a cluster- but honestly I just think this line is off. Rapid Bucuresti is the way better team here and they’re rocking their usual starting 11 minus one starting mid who isn’t their key scorers. The over is 1.5 goals so the books don’t see goals here and I agree. I see 1-0 or 2-0 win for rapid who haven’t lost in 6 league games now, while cluj are coming off a win, they’re still rocking the second most losses in the league
