I don't have it in me to bet either for or against the USMNT tomorrow so best of luck if you do!
3/21 Slate: 3 plays!
Poland v Estonia. Poland over 2.5 TT +100. 3:45pm ET. Euros
Score Prediction. 3-1/3-0/4-0
Thoughts
So statistically this play doesn't back me up too much because Poland isn't a team that usually runs up the score, but against Estonia, it might be pretty easy to do that and Lewandowski might have himself a freaking day. Estonia got smacked around and had not only the worst record in their group, but one of the worst records in Euro qualifiers. they played 8 matches, lost 7 and drew one, conceding 22 times over those 8. Now they're in a must win against Poland... a little bit of a gut play here but I just can't shake the feeling Poland are going to make a statement here.
PANAMA vs. MEXICO | 3/21 | 10:15 p.m. ET
Picks:
Panama Double Chance +105
BTTS +120
Score prediction: 2-1/1-1 Panama Lean.
We have a matchup that is extremely difficult to predict. This Mexico squad is the better of the two on paper, but you can't ignore how impeccable this Panama side has been when you look at their recent form.
Panama ran through Group A in the group stage, picking up three wins and one draw while outscoring their opponents 9-2. After a dominate group stage, they didn't slow down as they mauled a good Costa Rica side 6-1 in aggregate scoring in the quarterfinals. This is a team that is putting themselves in a position to take on the best teams in this competition and will not slow down as they take on Mexico. Expect Panama to play the exact same way they've been playing, even though they are considered heavy underdogs in this match.
To be frank, I'm not sold on this Mexico side right now. This club lost their opening quarterfinals leg 2-0 to Honduras, and they have struggled against teams like Uzbekistan and Qatar. A team that features Santiago Gimenez can never be ignored, however, as they do have the attack available to take on anyone even when their defense is struggling like it is right now.
It's also important to remember this is a bit of a revenge match as well for Panama. These teams played in the CONCACAF Gold Cup final back in July and Mexico won 1-0 after a goal in the 88th minute from Gimenez. In that matchup it was possible either side could win as both teams played tremendous football, and I'm expecting Panama to play with a bit of a chip on their shoulder.
