Hello All!

When Willow cries we all cry - CONFIRMED yet again! I freakin' adore her. I also miss Tara, like a lot! Kennedy is fun and sweet, I hope she can add some happiness to Willow's life, doesn't negate how much we all love Tara of course. Just want the best for her ya know? Sadge. I think the actor that played Warren did a fun job at picking up Willow's mannerisms etc. and it was an interesting way to dive into Willow's mind...still mad at Amy though!!! Also, will Buffy decide to remove Spike's chip?? That is the question.

Old home week as a number of plot elements from past seasons return, and I really like that. I'm not wild about Kennedy, but she's not the MOST irritating Potential.

I actually love this episode. In a lot of ways, Kennedy reminds me of Faith--she's a little arrogant, a lot tough, and surprisingly funny in a rough way. I think that was what clued me in that my early dislike of Kennedy was more about anyone daring to replace Tara than about Kennedy herself. But as soon as I got some distance, I started to really like Kennedy and Willow as a pair. I lost my mom not too long ago, and the concept of grief as a kind of death itself feels very real when I see this episode again, and the idea that feeling something happy is a betrayal is hard to fight, even if it's not true. But as much as my queer heart adored Tara/Willow, I want Willow to be able to live again. So yeah, while I can understand why someone might not like this episode much, it works for me on a lot of levels.
