Now THIS is the Teen Wolf I know and love! Great finale! The tension, the cheesiness, the trolling - it was all there and I thoroughly enjoyed it! So glad Scott pulled through and those that were almost killed are okay! >.> Peter was his usual self in this one and the battle was EPIC! Very impressed with how far the FX have come and stunts are way better now too. Bring on Season 5 guys!

Great reaction to a solid season finale. I must say I absolutely LOVED your utter refusal to be trolled by the Derek death fake-out. Haha, nicely done. Meanwhile, there was definitely some cheesiness on display, but it was fun cheesiness. The fight between Scott and Peter was a long time coming and just plain fun. I'm not sure why Deaton was MIA in this one - after last episode you'd think he would have been involved. But in the end, there was enough action and character stuff going on that I guess it wasn't strictly necessary. I'm really looking forward to rewatching season 5 with you. I don't want to say anything about it because of spoilers, but I personally remember liking it a lot. Thanks for picking up this show, hope you have a great week, and onward to season 5!

I'm so happy to finally be caught up with Teen Wolf. After catching up on Grimm and Buffy I wanted something new. I hesitated on Teen Wolf because I stopped watching The CW several years ago. I was a fan of the various superhero programs, but they started getting ridiculous and tiresome. However, I needed more Dak reactions so I started watching. I'll be honest, in the beginning of the first season I would sometimes catch up on games on my phone while watching, but somewhere in the middle to late part of the first season I found myself staring at the screen, completely caught up in the story. It also helped that Crystal Reed (Allison) was one of the main characters; I loved her in Gotham and have a bit of a crush. I was pretty sad that her character was killed off. That being said, my favorite characters currently are Stiles (always #1 on the list), Lydia, and Malia in that order. Honorable mention to Coach Finstock. I'd also toss in Derek because of your crush. I'll repeat my recommendation for reacting to Superman & Lois. I think that season 4 started off not so great, but it finally hit its stride several episodes ago. It's still not on the level of season 3, as there was a string of 3-4 episodes that were stupendous. I liked and disliked the Japanese-themed run but the dislike part is only because of a pet peeve I have. You would have a Japanese character describe something, like a kitsune for instance, and pronounce the word correctly, then the American character would mispronounce it by putting the stress on the wrong syllable. This is actually very common in English as well. For some reason people have a tendency to put the stress on the middle syllable in three syllable words if it has a vowel. Have I mentioned how exhausting it is to be a grammar Nazi? 😒 Anyway, I love this show and love your reactions to it. Thanks Dak!
