Hello All!

That prom dance scene was everything!! Also, the Carrie-esque 'blood' scene was visually wild! So glad that Enid and Ajax worked things out! Wednesday managed to upset brooding Xavier and she went to the dance with Tyler! The lads seem to be falling hard for Wednesday as her main focus is to find the killer monster! Thing, is still my favourite btw & my eyes are sussy of the sheriff & Thornhill mostly right now! Let the fun continue!...

A few real-time notes, but mostly afterthoughts. 50-year-old man?! I'm 54 next month and he looks older than my dad. Most people know Nitin Ganatra (Dr. Anwar) as Masood on EastEnders, obviously, but the last time I saw him was during a recent/current rewatch of "New Tricks" (great series). Alun Armstrong's character is my favorite and even shares my name. I love the relationship between Wednesday and Enid. We never had a daughter, but if we had, I like to think she'd be an amalgamation of the two. Our son Daniel is a perfect mix of me and his mother. If we had been blessed with a daughter, she would have been named Zoë. We chose that name from the 1981 cult classic "Ms. 45" starring Zoë Lund. Wednesday looked amazing in her dress. I never attended any school dances or proms because I was all about the punk and skin scene back then. Looking back, drinking with the boys in the alley was probably not on the same level as being dressed up with my girl on my arm. I was waiting for this episode's reaction because I watch the episode for the first time along with Dak and the chatter regarding Wednesday's dance was all over the internet. As Ian said, iconic. Well worth the wait, but I might put M3gan's dance maybe .1 above just because it's creepy. I was really happy that Enid and Ajax finally cleared the air and (almost) kissed. But I'm worried about Eugene, although I doubt he'll die. Really fun episode with a lot of intertwining storylines. Can't wait for 1x05! Just a quick FYI because you like Eugene ;) Most of the actors are older than their characters. It is much easier to play a 17 year old if you have already been 17 years old ;) They can often get away with this because, like yourself, they do not look their age. The characters are all around 16. However, most of the actors are older. Wednesday, Enid, and Ajax are 20 IRL. Xavier is 21 IRL. Bianca is 26 IRL. And Tyler is 28 IRL! Eugene is the exception. Eugene is actually only 14 years old IRL. I'm hoping that we see more great thigs from Mostafa in the future.
