I never thought i'd be doing this sort of research, but I wanted to try and understand why  people lactate whilst having sex/orgasming - and the reason is for increased release of Oxytocin. So in the Bar, the barmaids are aware of these mysterious orbs of concentrated Oxytocin (Oxy-Orbs) - But merely it is legend/myth. They urge you amongst your travels if  you come across these orbs to please bring them to them, as they will reward you handsomely and share the fruits of its effects. These maids consume the Oxy-Orbs and as a result are able to produce high quality, copious amounts of milk, and they believe bathing in this will yield amazing results - which it does.
