So lets start talking about the lewd mechanics, because as i've said I dont what there just to be lewd scenes. But i want the lewd content to be interactive.

In each Village, before you go out into the world exploring you will be able to visit your party members and depending on what you do, you will gain certain buffs, and debuffs. I didnt want to just make it buffs, I thought there should be a give and take.

Additionally, you will have to unlock positions throughout the game

The only thing im trying to decide on is how to incentivise visiting different characters. Does the buff apply to the whole team, the character you vist, or just the protagonist, and if I visit a certain person, over another, maybe there are unique effects - which i'm open to suggestion for :)
