If you want to make the transformation a bit more unique you could add details that change depending on their element. Small sparkles in different colors would be enough for that, but if you want to go overboard you could add some bigger stuff. E.g. for the fire element they have flames around them while transforming. But that might be too much for a single person. But overall the animation itself is good.

Love the suggestion, this is definitely a very rudimentary animation, it will definitely be more, epic with time :)
