Important Announcement - Reminder (Patreon)

Hey, everyone. Hope you're all doing well, or as well as you can.

As a reminder, February will be the last month for 10 dollar and 15 dollar patrons to submit stories. I will be taking a pause from Patreon in March as I restructure the future of this Patreon. That means that anyone who wants to stay along for the journey will not be charged for the month of March. I'll post at least two stories during that month, free of charge, though they will be ones picked by me!

While I'm still solidifying plans, here is a peek at what's to come:

1. 20 dollar patrons will continue to be given monthly stories. I'm currently of the mind that they'll still get 3k to 5k stories. I may open another spot or two for 20 dollar tiers. More info later.

2. I will be opening tiers based around commissions, with different tiers offering different deals. For example, one tier might offer 20% off a commission under 10k words.

3. Monthly stories won't be gone entirely for 10 or 15 dollar patrons. In the future, once I've knocked out my long commissions list, I'll be announcing special months where I work entirely on patron prompts. These will be announced at least a month in advance, both here and maybe on HF.

For example: "Hey everyone, November is a Patron month! Grab a 15 or 10 dollar tier while you can if you want a story!"

4. Speaking of HF, I'll be doing more sales, and I'll probably post the announcement both here and on HF. If you're new here, sales are where I give discounted commission rates specifically about certain characters or concepts.

5. Also, I'll be introducing Lotteries. What are Lotteries? Well, I've always wanted to do more for my five and one dollar patrons, so I was thinking that I would select a random patron or two via random number generator and give them a chance to request a story from me.

I will pick you at the beginning of the month, and you must give me your idea within ONE WEEK (7 days). If you do not, I will assume you have passed and I will pick someone else. This is only available for 1 dollar and 5 dollar patrons.

EDIT: A patron, BSCommissions, has told me that lotteries are not allowed on Patreon. No problem. I'll adapt and work something out. :)

I understand that not everyone has the finances to spend on stories, and I deeply appreciate all of my patrons who have been with me on my journey, whether through the past month, or the past several years. I understand that these changes might not be what you're looking for, and if you need recommendations on where to head elsewhere, let me know. :) I'm always happy to help you all.
