Heya all! Vilsa here with some images that are gonna tear you up! (Cuz we're showing clothing tearing, gettit?) There's a lot of stuff to go over, so let's get to it!

Clothing Damage

The system is finalized and we've got damage state assets flowing in from Rated! Soon this feature will be fully implemented. Have some eye candy of the animation that plays when your clothing gets damaged.

As of writing this, we've only got the underwear fully implemented, but we'll have the rest in for release. Here is an example of what this animation will look like with a full outfit.

Here are some of the early sketches of the damage states, Rated is still working on perfecting them as this is being typed!

Let's talk about how the durability system works in detail now. Feel free to skip over to the pretty images below. ♥

Most clothing is going to have their own maximum durability attached to them. As you take physical, collision, or shred damage, the durability value on your equipped clothes will be lowered. The amount of damage they take is equal to the amount of damage that you receive, distributed across all your equipped clothing based on which slots each piece of clothing takes up.

If an equipment has more slots, it will take more damage. The more equipment you have to share the damage, the less damage each slot will take. If you go out wearing only your underwear like in the first gif above, your clothes are going to go from Intact to Destroyed in one hit like the gif shows.

There are four states of damage.

Intact (80% - 100%) No visible damage on sprite
Damaged (40% - 80%) Some rips and tears
Ruined (1%  - 40%) Lots of rips and tears
Destroyed (0%) Bodyparts exposed

The stats that your equipment gives will slowly decay as its damage state gets worse, until you get no stats from the equipment when it's destroyed.

You don't lose a clothing item when its damage state reaches Destroyed, it can still be repaired. Being Destroyed just means that the clothing item is no longer protecting you like it should.

Speaking of repairing! That brings us to.

Repairing Clothing

You'll be able to repair your wrecked gear for a fee at the Gear Shop. Good as new!

Lumber Rats

We've done a lot of work on adding to the roster of opponents that work for Carceburg's little rat problem.

The Shredder

The Shredder targets your clothes, opting to strip you naked instead of trying to deal any real damage to you when there's clothing to deal Shred damage to!

The Healslut

The Healslut puts her mouth to use, performing oral on her teammates to heal them.

The Squirter

While the Healslut puts her mouth to use, the Squirter uses her pussy instead, squirting all over her enemies to deal Area of Effect Lust damage.

The Flogger

The Flogger uses her titular Tentacle Flogger to ensnare enemies in tentacles, leaving them unable to move.

With so many rats on the loose, Carceburg needs an exterminator! That's where you come in.

Defeat Missions

There are daily jobs that you can take from the job board to defeat a certain number of a certain type of opponent! These should give you lots of money to use in the Gear Shop!

Gear Shop

Now you'll be able to purchase combat equipment using your hard earned fuckbucks at the Gear Shop!

Health Tonic

This nifty little item will heal 5 hitpoints to Jenna when you drink it. Handy for when you're in a pinch without a healer! (Don't ask what it's made out of.)

Tentacle Flogger

If you're able to get hold of a Rat Flogger's Tentacle Flogger, take a look at some of the 'alternative' uses for Andro tentacles attached to a handle.

Carcen Slums

Venture into Carceburg's Slums, a place that the Lumber Rats have made into their territory. Pick a fight, or have a chat! What's this? Snow? Well it is almost Christmas!

Remember the Skip Prologue button? This is it now. Feel old yet? Now we can slot in saves to this list with every update so you don't have to play through to get to new content if you don't already have a save to use!

That's about it for this Dev Update! We're hoping to get 0.7 out to you guys by the beginning of December. It might not be bang on the 1st along with the 0.6 public build, but it is definitely coming very VERY soon.

We'll see you next week on Wednesday for another Development Update! See ya then!

LordChaos

I can finally have Vibe walk around naked without her complaining! Thank you for making this a feature.

Patch

So are y'all planning on giving us different clothing options and langerie ???

AnduoGames

Hey there! Yea we're planning to add more clothing options, especially lingerie!

Buzz Kill

What about toys she can wear while out in public? :)

AnduoGames

There's probably some... Kinks... To work out with that... (get it) but I'll discuss it with the other devs!

Kwasniski

Will this lead to instances where npcs will take advantage of Jenna since she will not be wearing her badge with destroyed clothes?

Brad

Wish list: - When drunk have a random chance of loosing your badge causing guards and citizens to attack - when your perversion gets high enough the option to climb into an empty booth at the city hall. Maybe ab option to get in line and service one of the other women - weather events that cause clothes to become transparent - with a high perversion the option to join the orgy in the house at the bottom of the town - her Vibe ability popping up once in awhile causing her to shift out of her clothing when not wearing her Vibe suit.

Something else that popped into my head a little while back when playing. So the minor NPC's you interact with like the guys in the streets, houses, etc. It would be awesome if you could add a persistent additude modifier so if you interacted with one regularly it changes their additude towards you and you could have side scenes with them where you could get more FBs or unique clothing items. If you made it random item then it would create additional content for the player with low overhead. As your perversion increases it would change what you would be willing to do with them and the value of the rewards. Something else that I had an idea about is holiday "add-ons". So I've seen other games where you could drop in a update/mod file and it lazy loads the content in. Usually its dialog changes, allowing the skipping of mini-games. However what if you could drop in a holiday theme file where small decorations would end up around town, like wreaths on the lampposts and Christmas trees in houses, or jack-o'-lanterns on the street, easter bunny ears and hidden easter eggs, that kind of stuff. Nothing major, just fun esthetics. I'm a software dev and once my head goes into creative mode it goes all over the place.

Don't forget finally being able to get a job in the bar. I don't know if it already in the game or not. Because, if it is I have no idea how to get the uniform to work there.

Frostydog

How about being able to get a job in the bar?
