Hey everyone! Vilsa here with a quick update during the homestretch to the early access patron release of 0.3.0 on June 1st!


Status Menu

This week a majority of the non-bugcrushing work was spent on the status menu to give you a display of all the new limb effects, equipment slots and stats we're adding to the game in 0.3.0. It's a first pass, so we'll definitely come back to it at a later time to clean any bad UX up but for now it works for displaying all the new character systems.


Bugs and Scenes

No exciting gifs to show for this one, but most of our work has been on polish, fixing bugs, and implementing scenes. 0.3.0's main story content is currently playable from beginning to end, but it's the side content and other various bugs that we're working to fix. Also this will be the first release to have a lot of scenes that don't have CGs to match. Unfortunately this has to be the case as the number of scenes starts to increase, but we'll be making sure to fill in the missing CGs in new releases.


The Future

We're going to be releasing 0.3.0 to early access ($5) patrons on June 1st which is only a couple days away. After a month we'll be releasing 0.3.0 to the public on July 1st and then we're going to be releasing 0.4.0 to early access patrons on August 1st. 0.4.0 is going to be focused on combat since it will be the patch where we work on our overhaul of the combat system to make it easier to work with and expand on.
