Patreon update! (Patreon)

Alright after quite a while of unactivity, i've decided to make a couple of changes to the tiers.

First off, Discounts have been lowered a bit.  This will only apply to future commissions and not current.

secondly, added access to the Discord art streams on my server, need to be silver or better to gain access

Nothing else at the moment, still trying to figure out what else i can do to draw more people in so i can have a steadier income
