Hi there, thanks for reacting to ep2! I’m glad you find this series different with its cinematography and feels with other bl series as it is directed by an award winning lgbtq film director P’Nuchy who made movies like Malila and The Blue Hour, known for her style of dark movie tone or color hues(is that how they call it?) For the production value, it was actually opposite, as they actually were given limited budget for it… they wanted to create their own original scores, rent more places to shoot etc that it even came to a point the director and their producers had to use funds out of their own pockets or borrow vehicles from their staffs just to fit everything in a short time too as they were still filming it as the show aired… but somehow with using only 2 film cameras, they were able to make it of high quality. :) Philip is right it is one of the high ranking bls for gmmtv next to bad buddy but NM didn’t get enough promotion from the company because… well it’s not the typical series they’d risk to promote. The editors and scriptwriters had to keep revising a lot of scenes just to pass censorship. Oh and the fire scene is actually real, there’s a bts for it… and i was wondering if you’ve noticed Tawi’s house and main family’s house in KinnPorsche are the same. 😁

I am even MORE impressed to hear that they had to work with a small budget because it really feels so well done!! I’m glad that it’s so highly rated but now I really want to promote it more so more people will know about it!!! WOW didn’t catch that Tawi’s house and the main family’s house is the same!!
